What happens if something is damaged in transit?

If an item is broken or damaged in transit and the retailer contacts us, we will let you know via email and provide you the relevant information and photos so that you can file a claim with your shipping provider.

The retailer may also message you directly via our platform (or email if you have contacted them that way previously).

If there are any disputes that you would like our assistance with, please let us know.
