How do I receive orders?

When a retailers places an order with you, you will receive an email from us detailing the items ordered and the retailer who placed the order.

If for any reason you need to change or cancel the order, please reply to the email to let us know and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Accepted orders are also visible from your shop dashboard where you can print a packing list, find the retailers address for shipping, post tracking numbers, and provide updates to the retailer.
